While the Carter side was up from Arizona we decided to do family pics. The last time that we had had them done was right before Cam and I got married that was FOUR years ago. So here are the most recent ones.

What a week!

Wow, I havent posted in a while! Almost a whole month. Time sure does fly quickly. I cant believe that I have less then three months until our little Cooper arrives. We have almost finished painting the nursery. Now the next thing that we need is a crib! That will make it even more real. :) and of course the fun part........ DECORATING.  I have been so blessed to have so many people who have been there and supported us during my pregnancy. We have gotten so many clothes, crib bedding, etc from people that I dont even know! They are friends of my Inlaws and my Mom. I just want to say thank you to all of you! This past week we were able to spend the whole week with Cams family. They came up from Arizona. It was so much fun to see them! We dont get to see them very often. I love to see Cam and how happy he is when he is with his family. One of the days that we were up in Roy with them I got to see how Joanne and Craig are with Cams cousins little baby. I just look at them and know that our son will be loved so much. I just wish that they lived closer! Another day that we were up there the girls (Joanne, Ragan, Makenzie, Grammie and me) had a girls day while the boys (Craig, Cam, Mark and Grandpa Carter) went fishing. Cam and I both had a great day. We went shopping and I got some maternity clothes and Cooper was spoiled too. Lots and Lots of baby clothes!!! Cam had a sucessful day. He caught 4  fish. It was a great week and we hate to see them leave. But they will be back the great month of October when Cooper arrives! We sure cant wait :)

Belly pics!

I thought it would be a fun idea to post pictures of my growing belly. I know most people don't do every week but I swear I get bigger and bigger each week. Everyone has told me that I have been growing so fast and I have noticed I am bigger then most women who are the same far along as I am or even a few weeks ahead. But I just have to remind them that I am carrying a Carter boy and have they seen my Husband?? His calfs are the size of tree trunks!

KICK!

I am so excited to tell you all that Cam finally felt the baby kick! I was so sad as the weeks were passing that Cam wasn't ever able to feel him kick or of course he would stop as soon as Cam would put his hand on my belly. But at 4 am (he is a night owl let me tell you!) he was kicking so hard I woke Cam up because I knew he would be able to tell this time. HE DID :) It was such a cool experience I had to tell you all. I was so happy to finally have my husband feel our son. That makes it seem that much more real.

Where to begin!

Cam and I have had a rough couple of days that is for sure!! We have had one sick dog. Boston who always seems to be the one getting sick was horribly sick the past two days. We have no idea what was wrong.. It all started Wed. night at about 3 am. Cam came to bed to find a nice surprise on the carpet.. Yes runny pooh! I know that is distgusting!! But anyways so we cleaned that up and went back to bed. An hour later boston was standing at the door like he really needed to go. So cam got up with him let him out.. yes he had the runs. went back to bed, another hour passes and he's standing at the door. We let him out and go back to sleep. At about 6 am he just starts spewing throw up! usually dogs will gag before they are about to throw up and that  usually wakes me up so I can hurry and try to get him into the bathroom so its not all over the carpet. No, Boston was so sick he didn't even have time to gag. threw up three times all in about 30 secs. WROST night of my life!I just felt horrible for Boston and how sick he was. That morning he did eat and was doing better. Well thursday morning at about 6 am We had the runs again and started poohing blood. UGH we didn't know what to do. So we called the Vet. She said to wait it out one more day if he doesn't seem to be getting better then they want to see him. So we waited it out and today he is doing much better! He played with Brody outside, Ate all of his food. So we think he is ok. Just Cross your fingers for us! THEN.. Yes there is more.. Our washing machine and Dryer both broke in the same day.. How does this happen??? Both in the same exact day?? ON top of that We just found out yesterday that Cam has been LAID OFF! Perfect timing right?? NOT..  So Yeah we pretty much have had a crappy couple of days. So if any of you know of any good places that are hiring please let us know and keep us in your prayers. THANK YOU much!

ITS A BOY!

Cam I are so excited to announce that we are going to be parents to a little baby boy! We had our Ultrasound this afternoon and I must say that it was such a cool experience. We got to see our little man's face, feet and his arms. He was being a little stinker though, he kept putting his arms over his face until the very end of the ultrasound and the ultrasound tech hurried and snapped a picture so that we could have it. But she was nice. She told us first thing what the baby was.So that we wouldn't go insane! Then she took the measurements. She went through the heart, kidneys, brain and said that everything looks like it is supposed too! *Sigh of relief* I don't know why but I just have been super paranoid that something wrong is bound to happen. But I just need to stay positive! Cam is so excited to be having a little boy. We both are just excited to start our journey as parents. I can just see it now.. Cam teaching our little boy how to fish, Camping trips, Fishing trips etc.  All the manly things that guys do!  Now the task at hand... Boy names! We don't even have a clue what to name this baby! We had some girl names picked out (not that we were for sure that the baby was a girl) just that I like girl names better. :) So if any of you have suggestions help us out.

We have always said that our dogs are our babies! They truly are. Those of you who know us would agree! We have had Brody for about 3 and half years, Boston for about 3. We couldn't imagine life without them. SO.... now we are going to have 3 babies. It should be very interesting 2 dogs and a newborn. But we will make it work!
